I made a new wreath for our bedroom that was inspired by our recent trip to Utah. We went up into the Manti La Sal mountains. It was so beautiful it was like a dream.
I picked up a half bag of fir cones and brought them home. I used a few of them to include in the wreath. I selected colors and textures that suited the ones I saw there.
I am very much a child of the sixties and seventies seeing as how I love the colors rust, gold, olive green, all the desert tones so much.
Below: one photo that helped inspire the color scheme.
