Smokehouse Maple Salmon Recipe


 Ingredients:

 Salmon filets

Coarse ground pepper

Maldon sea salt

Extra virgin Olive oil 

Smokehouse Maple seasoning

Cookie sheet

Aluminum foil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Rinse salmon filets to remove any stray scales

Line cookie sheet with foil

Brush foil with olive oil

Sprinkle flaked salt over oil

Place filets on top of salt.

Brush filets with olive oil

Grind black pepper over filets

Sprinkle lightly with salt flakes*

Shake smokehouse maple seasoning over filets to cover lightly

Fold foil over filets and bake at 425* for 30 minutes

Open foil and bake an additional 3 min. To brown if needed.
