Wheeler Falls is down in the Cane Creek Gulf Addition of Fall Creek Falls State Park.
Trailhead Driving Directions: Find the trailhead parking from the intersection of Hwy 285 and Hwy 30 below it... turn right and go uphill toward Fall Creek Falls State Park for about a mile.
Room to park 2 or 3 cars
From parking area follow trail to the LEFT on the old road that goes down the hill into the gulf.
Here is a link that will give you an idea where the parking is
This can be done as a loop hike, but I’ve had some folks say it is a bit confusing and not well enough marked so I will just give directions for the falls.
The loop is 1.5 miles round trip.
The hike to the falls is about 1 mile round trip.
Hiking Directions:
From the parking area at the trailhead take the trail that is like an old gravel road to your right and go down the hill into the gulf. Once at the bottom turn right and hike a small trail toward the sound of the falls. a path turns and goes up into the woods to Wheeler Falls.

And here is a link to the map of Fall Creek Falls State Park which also shows the hike.
It is a very pretty hike and not hard. It is a good Springtime wildflower hike also.
